POK pipe extrusion equipment is used to produce PVC-O, PE-RT, PB and other pipes. The following matters need to be paid attention to during operation:

Equipment inspection: Before operation, make sure the equipment is in normal working condition and check whether all parts are complete and whether there are any abnormalities.

Operating procedures: Operators must be familiar with the equipment's operating manual and operating procedures, and operate in accordance with the operating procedures.

Safety protection: Operators need to wear corresponding safety protection equipment, such as hard hats, goggles, earplugs, etc., to ensure personal safety.

Start the device: Before starting the device, make sure there are no people around, and then follow the correct startup procedure to start the device.

Production parameter setting: Set the temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters of the extruder according to the production requirements to ensure the stability of the production process.

Raw material feeding: Ensure that the raw materials meet the requirements and put them into the extruder according to the ratio requirements to avoid product quality problems caused by unqualified raw materials.
