The process flow of the PP-R pipe extrusion production line mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: First, the raw materials are mixed and screened to ensure the quality and uniformity of the raw materials.


Heating and melting: The mixed raw materials are fed to the extruder and melted by heating to prepare for subsequent extrusion molding.


Extrusion mold molding: The molten raw materials enter the mold through the extruder head, and after diversion and compression, they are compressed into a double-layer thin-walled tube, and then blown up by compressed air between the module and the sizing sleeve to form the initial molding of the inner and outer walls.


Cooling and shaping: The molded pipe is shaped by cooling water to ensure the stability of the size and shape of the pipe.


Traction cutting: After the continuous pulling pipe is demoulded, it is cut to obtain a pipe of a specified length.


Quality inspection: The cut pipe is quality inspected to ensure that it meets the quality standards.


Finished product stacking: The qualified pipes are stacked and ready to leave the factory. ‌
