PEPP double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion equipment is mainly used to produce double-wall corrugated pipes. 1. Equipment commissioning and preparation

7. Safety and environmental protection

Equipment safety inspection: Operators should regularly check the electrical and mechanical components of the equipment to ensure that there are no abnormal conditions to avoid accidents.

Exhaust and waste disposal: Ensure that the exhaust system of the equipment is working properly to avoid leakage of harmful gases. Waste needs to be properly handled in accordance with environmental protection requirements.


8. Daily maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance: Keep the equipment clean and regularly check the wear of the screw, mold and other important components. Lubricate and replace wearing parts in time.

Check the electrical system: Regularly check the operating status of electrical components and control systems to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
