The pipe production line must be supplied with the required cooling water, compressed air and electricity before starting up.

Turn on the main power switch of the production line, and check whether the power supply of the extruder, automatic feeding system, vacuum pump, water pump tractor, etc. of the production line is normal.

Install the die, core die, sizing sleeve, sealing disc, gasket, cutting machine and other components according to the specifications of the produced pipe.

Adjust the upper and lower positions of the vacuum sizing box and spray box.

The vacuum box cooling box is filled with water to the specified position, and each water temperature controller is adjusted to the optimum temperature.

The vacuum setting machine should close all bypass pipelines, connect each main pipeline with water, close each manual drain valve, and check whether the switches for water supply and drainage can reach the normal position.

Turn on the host, set the process temperature, and turn on the temperature control. The host is heated, and the temperature can be adjusted appropriately according to the production conditions.

When the temperature reaches the set temperature, it must be kept for more than 30 minutes before it can be turned on.

When the die head is installed on the extruder, use a force measuring wrench to tighten the nut according to the specified torque. When the equipment is heated to the processing temperature, tighten the nut again, and add a high-strength washer when installing the nut.

Adjust the gap between the die and the core die, and adjust the die and the sizing water jacket so that they are on the same axis.

The corresponding raw materials are added to the hopper according to the production needs.
