The pipe belling machine is designed for UPVC (PVC-UH) plastic pipes. It can combine with the plastic pipe production line or sole use. The equipment is mainly composed of a feeding traction mechanism, a heating mechanism, a flared mechanism (including Die), and a framework. The equipment is highly automating, stable and reliable and easier operating; the internal inflation pressure is shaped and the wall thickness is uniform; The belling can be different according to the plasticity of the material. The belling die can be expanded first and then casing, or first casing and then expansion. It has strong process adaptability, smooth flaring and obvious steps, consistent and intact size.
Working Process:
1. Preheating
The pipe is preheated by heating in the working shelf. The heating temperature is set and controlled by PLC. The internal and external pipe is heated in the heating box, at the same time, the pipe will keep rotating to ensure the even heating of the pipe surface.
2. Pipe Belling
The special designed belling die head will plug into the inner hole of the pre-heated pipe, and presetting part of the pipe will be belled or socket jointed.
3. Cooling
The final part is cooling through air or water, and the cooling time is controlled by PLC.
