Plastic pipe coiler using German technology and mainly used for coiling PE, PAP(Polyethylene-Aluminum compound Pipe)、PE-X(Crosslinked Polyethylene ), cable, conduit pipe and small hose, etc. It is compact, automatic and easier to operate.

The Coiler is designed for winding and packaging pipes which come from front Haul-off device. It is totally automatic operating, and there are two disks designed for alternating winding to ensure the continuity of production. Traverse unit and pneumatic device are equipped, automatic pipe placing to achieve even pipe arrangement and neat winding.

· Constant tension and linear speed during coiling;

· Pneumatic control while coiling and uncoiling;

· Good coiling quality via Servo motor winding;

· Length-counting device (Optional);

· PLC control system.
